I am Tiffany Pigue. This is my sixth year with the Humboldt City School System. My educational experience includes Gibson County High School, where I graduated in 1997, the University of Tennessee at Martin where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and graduated in 2001, Trevecca Nazarene University where I received my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership (Administration and Supervision) in July of 2006, and I am currently enrolled in Trevecca Nazarene University's Doctoral (Ed. D) program. I will be finished in May 2010!!! Additionally, I am highly qualified to teach Pre-K through 3rd grade. Currently, I am teaching one of the Pre-school 3 year old classes. I am very excited about the recent acknowledgement of the importance of early childhood education by the state of Tennessee. I am very proud to be a part of such a wonderful school system!! Go Vikings!! |

My name is Jenny DeLoach. I have been teaching for twenty-two years, and am highly qualified in Pre-K through 8th grade. This is my fourth year in Pre-school. My love for teaching has been enriched by teaching preschoolers. I am a 1975 graduate of Yorkville High School, and a 1978 graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin. My husband is Bill DeLoach, owner of Simmon's Shoe Store here in Humboldt. I have two children, who both graduated from Humboldt High School. Rob, is a business/marketing graduate of UT Knoxville, and Janna is currently attending Tennessee Tech majoring in nursing. |

My name is Joyce Gibson. I graduated High School in Greenfield, TN, in 1992, and I attended the University of TN at Martin for one year. Since that time I have found myself drawn to working with children in various settings for the past five years. I am the most proud of my wonderful children, Isabelle and Olivia. My daughters are the real joy in my life, and they honor me with their excellent grades, superb behavior, and artistic abilities. Last year I worked as an assistant in an LRE classroom in the Jackson-Madison County school system, and found special education very fulfilling. having moved to Humboldt last December, I decided to make myself at home in the Humboldt City Schools System. I am a highly qualified Para Professional, and I am really enjoying the Pre-school at Stigall and look forward to an excellent year with a very exciting class!! |

My name is Emily Ann Blankenship Smith. I am the para-professional in Mrs. Jenny's preschool four-year old class. I am a graduate of Humboldt High School, class of 2003. My husband of three years is Bryan Smith, General Manager of Crockett Public Utility District. We have one daughter named Lily Elizabeth Ann. My goal is to finish my degree in Early Childhood Education. My hobbies include: scrapbooking, aerobics, and church-related work. I am currently teaching 3-6 year olds in Sunday School. I hope to help instill a love of school in each of our students. |
